It is recommended to reduce the number of visitors to the premises and to provide frequent ventilation of the premises. ViziQuer: A Tool to Explore and Query SPARQL Endpoints

The presented tool uses a novel approach to explore and query a SPARQL endpoint. The tool is simple to use as a user needs only to enter an address of a SPARQL endpoint of one's interest. The tool will extract and visualize graphically the data schema of the endpoint. The user will be able to overview the data schema and use it to construct a SPARQL query according to the data schema. The tool can be downloaded from http://viziquer.lumii.lv. There is also additional information and help on how to use it in practice.

This paper focuses on the role dictionaries play in a translation situation. This role is analysed in terms of the tenets of the Function Theory of Lexicography, which proposes that users do not have needs in general but punctual needs in specific situations. For example, translators of accounting texts need insertable equivalents whose meanings and language behaviour are clearly described. Furthermore, translators also need contextual data on domain-specific consensual usage. The system is able to understand the user needs through a spoken natural language interaction and then stores the preferences of the potential customer. Grounding the development of mobile and ubiquitous services on actual needs and behaviors of users, rather than on designers’ intuition, is a well-established tradition.
